Reverse Bungee !

At first i didn’t want to post about this reverse bungee cause i wanted to convert those cheap VHS given to us into digital video, to show all of you but i won’t be going back to Penang anytime soon. So i ended up putting up pictures taken by my trusty z800i 
When all of them (Lingster, Jiin, Charng, Khek and Wee Wern) decided to go, i thought i might just stand from afar and watch what this 5 crazy people are about to attempt. But then i realised i had to go since it goes in pairs. Jiin went with Charng first, then followed by Khek and Wee Wern, then it was Lingster and me.
The last time i went in such a ride with high speed was in Gentings, the Celero Shots. To those who were with me, would know that i freaking vomitted. Yeah yeah, i am some weak monkey who can’t even sit in a stupid ride. Hahaha but this reverse bungee was different. Before going there, i did some research on how this thing works and boy oh boy, i thought i was paying 60bucks to get myself killed. This is how the reverse bungee works, instead of you jumping off and being pulled back by the bungee rope, we are placed in an open kind of capsule or cage like thingy and being held back by this strong magnet right below us. As we wait for the ropes to be tighten, we sit there and pray not to shit in our pants once we are launched.
This is the machine that’s doing the dirty job of launching us up and it even has a name, the anti-graviti machine ? i think 
In the middle is the capsule like cockpit where two people will be placed. On your left will be the giant looking springs that will be pulled before launching.
That’s the two tall structures that will be holding us back from being shot into space. From far, it looks kinda short but when you are sitting in that cockpit and you look up, you’ll be thinking otherwise.
Before we embark in this crazy stunt, we were given agreements and notices that mentions the terms and conditions. Of course no one would want to be liable for your death, that’s if you don’t make it. As far as i can remember, almost everyone had second thoughts.
Once we were done, we were all given a Tshirt, a VHS video that shows how stupid or ridiculous you look while being shot up in the air and a certificate that certifies you for being a crazy monkey …. just joking
What is different in the 2 pictures above ? Tell me, tell me ….
Everyone was happy that we got through this when some of us thought we might have died up there. But the real thought that everyone had was different …

Besides the Reverse Bungee, there are other activities being planned all around KL tower. The one that i would love to try next is the Flying Fox. At that time, I could see them preparing the facilities for this stunt and i can’t wait for it
So anyone out there ready to do the bungee jump of KL tower ? … hehehe. Maybe you should try the Reverse Bungee first.
Yes i stole this picture from Jiin’s blog. Thanks Jiin. To those who are scared of this, trust me … it’s way nicer than Salero Shots in Genting. If money isn’t an option for you, i would say go for it. Once i have converted the videos into digital format then i will post it up to see how ridiculous all 6 of us look like but untill then you could enjoy the pirated version from Jiin’s cinema copy. No worries, there’s no heads or people walking in between
