MMU Convo 2006

It has been sometime since convocation was held back in Cyberjaya. This time with a new spanking convocation hall, Cyberjaya campus has more reason to bring the convocation back from Melaka. Even with a new hall which can hold up to God-knows-how-many-thousands-of graduates, the convocation had to be done on 2 days. The first day will consist of Faculty of Management (FOM), Faculty of Information Technology (FIT and FIST) and Masters holder and the 2nd day will be Faculty of Engineering (FOE and FET), Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM) and the diploma students.
The 1st day was insane ! There were so many people that it cause jam in pathways and walkways. We could neither sms nor make calls, so you can imagine how many people were in that area. First up, I met up with Khek, Charng, MingChu and Vivien. They were quite early thanks to me. But time flew by fast and it was time to hunt for Jiin. As we were doing that, Lingster, SueAnne and their MGS friends were some where near Cyberia, parking.
We met HuiMian first and everybody was like ‘wahhhhhhhhhh a graduate ! take photo take photo !’ and Vivien grabbed hold of her to get her photo taken
Khek Yang was the stand in cameraman, if Vivien or MingChu wanted their pictures taken 
Somewhere among the thousands of graduates, i found Mr Bernard Lim. Has been my room mate for 3 years and known him since EEP. During Alpha, his apartment was beside mine and he used to visit our unit from time to time. It was so easy having him as my room mate as i needn’t worry unneccesarily like not cleaning the room or even sharing the cost of a broom
Then i bumped into Mr Yeoh Chee Min, also known him since EEP and was my housemate for a year back in Melaka.
Met MeiShin. Then Bernard joined in too as we waited for Soon Jin to turn on his camera

Then something akward happened. Some of my fellow friends started sleeping while taking photo. First up, is Mr Ang Wei Chung. Was my room mate back in Melaka for a year. We blasted songs, he forced me to watch F4 music videos and even their drama. He broke the wall near my bed, for some good reason.
Then it was Mr Victor’s turn to doze off. Are the graduates that tired ? Hahaha. Known him since Melaka itself because he drove Lingter (left) to the police station to file a report. The only fella whom i know who has a subwoofer as big as my freaking printer, or even bigger
This shot was taken on the second day, though you can see there’s people everywhere but it wasn’t as pack as on the 1st day. Noticed Wai Mun walking towards us ? Hehehe, instead of we going to him, he came to us. I have known him eversince i got myself involved with IEE and E-Run.
Kevin and Wai Mun. As for Kevin, i heard about him when he was in E-Week but got to know him better through Charng. Another Man United fan that i know of, besides Sue Anne 
Suddenly i met ChiWei, whom i stayed with during EEP in the same apartment with another 2 fellas from Muar. No no, he wasn’t giving me the flowers >_<" He brought it for his girlfriend instead :P 
Mr Sze Chi, known him ever since i got myself involved with EngSoc. I got to know him better when he was part of my e-Run 2004 committee. A very very helpful person 
Everyone wanted to get a picture with him, so Lingster started first.
Then it was my turn. Noticed something funnie ? Take a close look on the flower he was holding. It looks ‘broken’ to me. According to SzeChi, FOE gave every engineering graduate a rose. I was quite surprised, hehehe.
Bernard came back on the 2nd day to collect his photos and he too joined in to get a photo with SzeChi
Actually i have lots of photos but most of them weren’t clear. So this is the last picture. Lingster and I bumped into our good ‘ol e-Nite 2003 director, Miss Lis San and Miss Guak Hwan who was the secretary. It has been a while since i saw them, close to 3 years. I did see Shi Fei when she came out of the hall but she was busy running around, trying to call on her phone.
One person that i missed out is Miss Shin Jiin. I am not sure why i don’t have my picture taken with her, maybe i was busy calling Lingster during that chaotic moment. I started off knowing Jiin when she usually pretends to be Lingster on ICQ and she chats with me. Of course with the style she chats, it was so easy to know it was her. Besides that, both of us have the same speakers, the VS4121 and she formed an unofficial club. Miss Jiin, if you got any pics, send to me
I was very happy to meet all my friends who have graduated. Now i also feel like graduating but i still have a long long way to go. I shall wait for my turn to come. Until then, i would like to wish all the best in your future undertakings, to all graduates

Looks like I missed out reading some of your older post. Just only see this today (deprived of internet at that time)..
I don’t even remember what happen in that (1st) pic.. hmphhh… I definately look silly =รพ
