I really had a hard time looking for a picture that resembles anything close to dirty. The awful state of my old digital camera was perfect but then i have already written about it in the beginning of the week. Then just a few days back, right after my class, i realized how awful the white board looked after my lecturer derived a formula. The picture taken wasn’t that clear cause i had trouble focusing -_-” If i had only brought my Lumix along, i would have taken a snap shot of the whole board. So here’s my take on the theme ‘dirty‘. It’s a dirty board with useful formulas Have a great weekend everybody and to all Malaysians, Happy 50th Independence Day !

Air Asia made me wait 4 hours in LCCT
Just yesterday i was reading this entry by mikemmery about his complains on AirAsia. I was thinking to myself, what are the chances of a similar incident happening to me. The few years i have been flying with AirAsia, i have never once experienced a delayed flight till today. I was on my way to LCCT via KLIA through the ERL to catch a flight to Penang at 11.10am when i received a message from AirAsia: I was so disappointed. It was only 8.34am and if the flight was on time, i would only wait for like 1 1/2 hours. But thanks to the delay, i had four hours to spare at LCCT. Thank God i brought along my notebook and i manage to do some of my assignments and also write this entry. This still isn’t going to deter me from flying with AirAsia, assuming this is a once in a blue thing incident *i hope* I am bored ! And my notebook battery is less than 10% -_-
KL Shouters Meet
Initially i didn’t have the heart to attend the meet, simply because i was too tired staying up the night before after sending off Lingster to Denmark. Besides that, my work pile just tripled a couple of days ago. In the end, after waking up late in the morning, i decided to go – after all some of the Penang Shouters did come all the way down I arrived at Piramid one hour late, no thanks to the bus *but Willaz told me it was a good thing and he did have a point, tsk tsk*. So i arrived in Red Box and Alvin was there to bring me in.
Photo Hunters – Happy
Happy is the theme for this week and the first thing i dug was this group picture taken a few months back in front of the admin building of my university. It wasn’t easy capturing a perfect photo with these bunch of people Half of the time, they would just burst into laughter for no good reason. One good example is like the picture below : This was taken immediately after i snapped the previous one. See what i meant earlier ? But the main point here is, it’s really nice to capture moments like this where you can see everyone is having fun and they definitely look HAPPY ! Have a great weekend everyone …
When you don’t use protection
This what happens when you are too ignorant not to use protection. Turned out pretty nasty My beloved iXus turned 6 this year and it looks like it has a bad … a very bad skin disease. I remembered how ViVien and ChiawYin reacted when they saw my camera a few months back. Hahaha. Then i realized it was time to get a brand new camera. Even with a bad-ass looking body, the camera still functions flawlessly. Of course, i do get the occasional “Eeeeee” expression from people but it doesn’t matter to me Tomorrow, this lucky camera will be following Lingster to Europe -_-” Her reason for bringing my camera was, no one would bother to steal it once they have seen it —___—” I will take that as a compliment
A French weekend at the Curve
Disappointed. That’s what i can say about Marche. I have heard many of my friends having lunch and dinner in Marche and i thought this place has to be good. Other wise, they wouldn’t have returned for a second time. As for me. it’s definitely my first and last visit to Marche. Lingster and i were at the Curve last weekend and we decided to drop by at Marche for a late lunch. As we were waiting in line, we were showed how their card system worked whereby each patron will be given a card and as we order, the card will be stamped. More or less the same as Food Loft in Gurney Plaza Penang but here they use rubber stamps to mark the card. After getting our table, we walked around to see what we could order. Marche has a very nice setting. It’s more like a Sunday market where you could see fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and poultry but with a European touch. That’s how i knew the meaning of Marche (Marche =Market, in French). To be honest, the choices were quite limited and more over the section for meat and poultry had a rather rude cook.

Photo Hunters – Two
These are the two funniest mannequins i have seen to date and i thought this picture would be suitable for this week’s theme which is ‘two‘. The typical mannequins wouldn’t have much action and it really caught a lot of attention from shoppers to see them in that position Have a great weekend !
Photo Hunters – Row
PhotoHunt Two years back when i first purchased my minibar, i didn’t have much to fill it with. So the minibar ended up like the picture below. Rows of cans … that’s my version of the theme for this week, “ROW”. My minibar back in 2005. Looks more like an Ad for 100plus -_-” My minibar now Two years back Bernard and i had no idea what to store so we stuffed the whole minibar with 100plus. That’s like 2 months supply of 100plus -_-” Now that the fridge is fully owned by me, i ought to store all kinds of junk that keeps me fat. Now i have like Red Bull, Pepsi, Fruit Tree, chocolate, toffees, butter and of course 100 plus So what do you have in your fridge?
Klang Bak Kut Teh – Teluk Pulai
Yesterday Bernard brought Chee Min and I to Klang for bak kut teh. Apparently, Bernard promised to bring Chee Min for the past 3 years but it never happened. Now that he is leaving for South Korea, he was adamant to bring him. That’s why lerrr, wait until last minute -_-” Hahaha. I have never eaten Bak Kut Teh in the morning, let alone early in the morning. Back in Penang, i used to have BKT at night. So anyway, there’s a lot of hype about Klang’s BKT and i was really curious whether there’s any difference with the rest. Guess what time we left ? We were brought to Taman Rashna in Klang which is opposite Jusco, the left side of Federal Highway if you are going towards Klang. When we reached that area, i noticed every corner there’s one BKT restaurant -_-” Looks as though BKT originated from that area. The restaurant that Bernard took us was called Teluk Pulai and with the photos of celebrities hung on the wall, i can say that place was quite well known. Yao Char Kuai – Mmmmm i like to eat that alone, for breakfast
boynet8 is leaving for South Korea
I was told that boynet8 aka Chee Min will be leaving for South Korea at the end of the month for his Masters in Dongseo Univeristy, Busan, South Korea. I know Hoo Mun is there but is in a different course from what boynet8 will be pursuing. A short history on boynet8: I have known him since 2002 when we met in the Early Entrance Program and he was one of the Penangites i knew besides Espirit, Timun-timun, Mike, mmudevils and soonjin. We were all then housemates in our foundation year of our degrees. He came down to KL yesterday and we all gathered at a steamboat restaurant in Sunway. Chee Kit and Chee Min Wei Chung promoting his name with the letter ‘W’ -_-”
