KL Shouters Meet

Initially i didn’t have the heart to attend the meet, simply because i was too tired staying up the night before after sending off Lingster to Denmark. Besides that, my work pile just tripled a couple of days ago. In the end, after waking up late in the morning, i decided to go - after all some of the Penang Shouters did come all the way down 
I arrived at Piramid one hour late, no thanks to the bus *but Willaz told me it was a good thing and he did have a point, tsk tsk*. So i arrived in Red Box and Alvin was there to bring me in.
When i entered the room, i was like OMFG, so many people ? And everyone was singing on top of their lungs, actually they looked like they were high on something The meet which was initiated by Alvin and Angeline had a headcount of less than 10 as i knew from yesterday but it turned out to be like 17 or 18 i think.
I haven’t been to any karaoke center before let alone Red Box and i never knew food was included in the package till i was told to order my lunch. The choices were limited, i mean what can you expect from thirteen bucks which includes singing for three hours plus lunch ?
Whenever you are hungry, anything will taste good. So i gobbled this down with ease, even though it was tasteless. I was so late that everyone had their lunch by the time i reached. As i was eating, i tried to see if i could recognize some of the people in the room. SC_Bone helped me out by saying who is who. Some i wasn’t sure of their names because either they were new or were brought along by some shouters.
After singing our hearts out, we adjourned to Uncle Lim’s. Not gentings but a kopitiam shop that’s called as Uncle Lim’s. There everyone ate again and camwhored like there was no tomorrow. I mean seriously, i haven’t seen so many people camwhoring that much before. As for me, i sat and did nothing. No mood to do anything especially after getting an sms from Denmark. Lingster said she vomited a couple of times and wasn’t feeling well. I was so worried if anything had happened to my beloved iXus … can’t imagine it being covered with puke and all, hahaha 
Smashpop aka Jason, was also there. He left right after the camwhoring session at Uncle Lim’s and then somehow we all ended up at the balcony of piramid facing Sunway Lagoon. Camwhored again, then we finally decided to go to the bowling alley. But no, we didn’t play -_-” When i found out that, the plan has changed and that they were heading to damansara area, i had to excuse myself.
It was really great meeting all the people in person who were behind the shouts i would normally see in ShoutOut. Though the Penang troop looked half dead, they still gave their all As for the overall meet, i had mix emotions. Like i said earlier, happy to meet the shouters but also disappointed. I really hope the next KL meet, we don’t sit and waste time suggesting on the very day itself. Sorry for being a party pooper but i think sometimes we have to take account for those who had traveled far and especially when one has to take the public transport, ahem. Hehehe, finally i wanna say thanks for stickers to Lasker and it was really amazing to have 6 shouters travel all way down to KL
