… and it boils down to the Brazilian GP

Posted on October 7, 2007 - Filed Under f1

If you didn’t know, the results for the China Grand Prix are as follows:

Result after 56-lap race:

1 K Raikkonen (Ferrari)
2 F Alonso (McLaren)
3 F Massa (Ferrari)
4 S Vettel (Toro Rosso)
5 J Button (Honda)
6 V Luizzi (Toro Rosso)
7 N Heidfeld (BMW Sauber)
8 D Coulthard (Red Bull)

These three drivers will be going all out in Brazil, trying to win the title of 2007 F1 Champion.

1 Lewis Hamilton British McLaren-Mercedes 107
2 Fernando Alonso Spanish McLaren-Mercedes 103
3 Kimi Räikkönen Finnish Ferrari 100

Kimi
To be honest, Kimi probably could stir things up but i doubt he would win. Unless he gets first place, Hamilton gets either a 7th or 8th finishing while Alonso finishes worst than third placing which is a bit too much to ask.

Alonso
As for Alonso, He too has to finish first and Hamilton finishing anything below third placing. Even if Hamilton were to finish third which means their championship points are tied, Alonso will still snatch the title due to more first place finishing compared to Hamilton. As of now, both Alonso and Hamilton have won four races each.

Hamilton
Finally, for Hamilton, a first place finish would just end hopes for the other two. As much as i would love to see Kimi win but i have to say, the rookie of the year has been excellent in all departments and hopefully he wins :)

Can’t wait for the Brazilian race … :)

can u imagine Hamilton skidded when he drives 60kmh in the pit lane? and try see the replays over his car camera…seems like not out of control LOLS… i wonder he can take sharp corners at around 100kmh in a wet track but skidded this time around, blaming his worn-out tyres… so controversial.

yeah, i still pray for miracle for Kimi to snatch it away from the McLarens. Massa gota play a role man.

    hoto: we shall see :P

WeiChun: he doesn’t do it quite often. all i know is, he definitely pushes the car beyond it’s limit. that’s the problem. sigh

narrowband: i also hope it doesn’t happen. it’s gonna be one crazy race.

des: hahaha yeah i am quite puzzled. well u see, all drivers are the same. when something goes wrong, it’s easier to blame anything besides themselves :P

it’s kinda hard. if that happens right, it would probably be one of the best finishing in f1 history :P

just wish that hamilton would be the winner of this year… hes been an excellent driver all the time… and he is good in keeping every race ahead… my vote for the brazilian race to priority: Hamilton(super young, super talented), Alonso(young talented), Kimi(althought i like him a lot last year, who told him to go Ferrari!!!)
