I have seen this shirt whenever i passed Ogawa and i always joked with Dolphin, if i can only get one of those shirt, LOL. Here PinkPau too got into the frenzy and tried one out at the Ogawa Outlet.

Anyway how many of you have tried a massaging chair, besides the ones at the airport ? I for one never trusted sitting on one especially after feeling my bones being ripped off by the el-cheopos in the airport when i tried a few years back. So when Ogawa had a blogger session a couple of weeks ago, i had the chance to try out their products. You definitely get for what you pay for.

For starters you don’t feel like you are sitting on a chair filled with sharp edges.

As we were ushered to the Ogawa outlet in Pavillion, RedMummy and Nicole got on to the Smart Mate. It as visible that the 2 ladies were enjoying their massage thru out the short session. Imagine having worked in those high heels the whole day and the next thing you know you have your Smart Mate gently massaging those feet icon razz Do you Ogawa ?

The guys too tried out and i overheard some of them saying, “Woahhh having this and watching football would be damn good”. LMAO.

There were basically 2 models that were highlighted to us. One is the Smart Mate and the other was the SmartAire.

SmartAire was slightly different looking from the rest. It looks highly sophisticated from the way it looks to the way it functions. In this case, Huay Bin and Nicole were trying out before the SmartAire positioned itself for Zero Gravity.

So what’s Zero Gravity about ?

Inspired by Nasa’s space shuttle seats, the Zero Gravity is the ergonomically correct resting position which removes the pressure of gravity on the spine to near to near zero.

By reclining with feet higher than the heart, with a torso to leg angle of 126 degrees -/+ 7, astronauts are able to safely distribute the pressure of takeoff across their bodies. This Zero Gravity angle helps to maintain the proper S-curve alignment of the spine, in which pressure is most evenly distributed. At Zero Gravity, the spine is able to relax, muscle tension is relieved and circulation is improved.

*The facts above are credited to the findings of NASA doctors and scientists. Zero Gravity refers to the position assumed by the massage chair when activated. The Zero Gravity angle refers to the position when the torso is properly angled, with the thighs and lower legs positioned above the heart.

This is the one of the main features of the SmartAire.

Wingz shows why you should try Zero Gravity, hahahaha. PinkPau, Nicole were trying to get him to pose for the camera and Wingz suddenly gave the peace sign, HAHAHAHA.

As the rest of us waited for our turn with SmartAire and SmartMate, we tried other Ogawa products.

Cindy, Lady Gaga-ing.

Actually SmartAire and SmarMate reminded me of a certain chair at home where my dad would sit and me and my three siblings would massage his hands and legs. Yes manually massage, lol and the chair is just a normal chair. We used to do this everyday but as oneĀ  by one left the ‘bird’s nest’, my dad was only left with my youngest brother. So probably getting him a SmartAire would be ideal for his upcoming birthday icon smile Do you Ogawa ?
