A Moment with Your Kakiis

Two more days to the dateline and here i am trying out ‘A moment with your Kakiis’. I should have done it quite some time back but because i have been away from my notebook most of the time, i finally have the chance to browse through the pictures that would be suitable for this entry. I definitely had to post this picture up. Full House The expression on Mr Leong’s face is definitely the reason why this picture is on top of the pile This outing with my Kakiis was significant. Why ? Cause we were all out to celebrate Mr Leong’s birthday as well as Miss Tan’s farewell but their food never arrived. In fact Aaron had 2 rounds and yet their food was no where to be seen. It was more than 2 hours until the waiter brought it over. Talk about service -_-! LOL The picture above was taken while waiting. Short Holiday

Salam Aidil Fitri to whoever is celebrating Time for Open House Everyone is either back at their hometown or off to somewhere for a holiday and here i am, stuck in my room for the whole week. I had the option of returning home and even being tempted a couple of times but with the pile of work i have to do for my lab experiments, i had to forgo the idea of being in Penang.

Policeman didn’t like my name

I was on my way back to Cyberjaya when i decided to floor the accelerator of my car. The road was an alternative route and it’s usually empty especially close to midnight. Just as my car was accelerating up the hill, i saw blue and red lights flashing. My eyes literally popped out and i stopped chewing my gum. I slowed down my car as i approached the road block … … just that very afternoon my mum called to say that one of my nuffnang cheques was already cashed in and i was thinking, well there goes that money -_-” … Police: Lesen dan IC ( license and identification card) … I handed over to the officer while i tried to give those pitiful look ala Puss in Boots from Shrek -_-” which obviously failed big time when i knew i was speeding like a donkey. In a different timezone

It’s not easy adjusting your body clock when everything has been changed upside down. Night becomes day, day becomes night. All this will last for another week before i head back to Penang. Life here isn’t that all wonderful especially when the sun sets. Weather is always on the extreme. If it’s cold, it’s eye popping cold and if it’s hot, it’s scorching hot. Everything closes early and don’t get me started with the food. The food is either too oily or they just don’t taste right which has resulted me in storing tonnes of biscuits and loaves of bread. Things aren’t cheap either. From simple house chore equipments to books, all overpriced. If only i had a car, i would be terrorizing the roads like a maniac. Hahaha. Most of them drive big cars over here and some take it to the next level by pimping their rides … and if you are lucky enough, you would see one of these … … that’s right … a Kembara If you haven’t known already … welcome to … Putrajaya William called me out last night and after having dinner, we decided to run riot around Putrajaya. Goodbye Apathy

It’s Saturday and i was forced to wake up at 7am @_@ Cyberjaya was having a paintball competition and after some last minute discussion, a few of us made a team and joined. This is actually my first time participating in a paintball competition and boy was i nervous. The phobia of being given a headshot has always been there ever since the first time i tried paintball but as usual ler, i had to show i had the nerves of steel Our team consisted of Jin Boone, Tobby (Jin Boone’s colleague) … … Ezriq, Bernard and of course me. We were suppose to get another player as standby but we couldn’t be bothered -_-” Ego all running high With the 5 of us in one team, we called ourselves Glorious Assassins ! *coughs coughs*

Bean Sprout Chicken Craze

The past one week i had consumed more bean sprout chicken rice than the whole of last year. It started off when i got back to KL. Weng Choong told me he wanted to bring me for some Char Siew Fan and i definitely won’t pass on that offer. Bernard and Wendy also joined us Unfortunately when i reached there, the char siew finished and i took bean sprout chicken rice instead. This was at MingChu’s Serdang. It was too salty @_@. The following day, Bernard called me out to have dinner with Jin Boone. After scouting for makan place around Cyberjaya, we ended up at this new chicken rice stall. Though the price of the whole set is quite steep, it definitely adds to the variety of food here in Cyberjaya. Their setting was rather unique. There was a stall in the shop itself And the whole place had that old-skool feeling. Even the walls were fitted with wood paneling to bring out the kampung-ness of that place In terms of food, i would say not bad ler.
