2011 was the year where I was the least productive on my blog. You can go through the entries and realized there were barely 20 post. 2012 on the other hand will be a year where I will be documenting more entries as I will rely on my phone more. I gave away my PC and been relying on my old notebook which takes a long time to boot and not to mention to launch Firefox, Photoshop, etc. I recently cashed out from Nuffnang and it was good to see passive income which will be funded for my coming soon trip. Hopefully that will spark my urge to write more. Until then, have a great 2012 and be sure to see more updates from me, whether it’s from the phone or notebook.

Sui Wah to Hennessy to Flash Bang
Coming from a closely-knitted family and being always stuck in front of the computer all day long, i never liked clubbing. In fact the ones in Penang are usually in town and i was living on the other side of the island, … in a kampung … … called Kampung Jawa. The most happening place in Kampung Jawa was this mini mart called Sui Wah and that’s it. I grew up and left for my degree, Sui Wah grew up and it’s now Sunshine Square, still the most happening place around Kampung Jawa. Shifting to Melaka and KL to further my studies did open my eyes big big, well it depends on how you interpret my sentence. I think i have gone to pubs and clubs in KL more times compared to Penang. Actually in Penang i have only gone once … -_-” That also my friend drank my share of the beer, swt.
Malaysian Dream Girl Finale – Camwhoring session
Tonight is the night ! It doesn’t matter what supporter you are but Champions League Finals are here and it’s between ManUtd and Barcelona ! I am a big fan of Man United and i also do follow Barcelona over in Spanish League. So hope to watch an entertaining match ! This will be the final entry on Malaysian Dream Girl and it’s about time that i continue with my Cambodia trip and a few more drafted entries. The finale was held at the Curve, Damansara. I was accompanied by a troop of Shouters, hahaha and if you have no idea what shouters mean, i will explain it later on. There’s Angeline, Jess, Steven, Daniel, Aaron and William who suddenly appeared out of thin air. Upon reaching there, Andrew said he and i were asked to be the O.P. “What is O.P ? @.@” “Official Photographer ler” “My photos not nice ler, no zoom lens also” “Ok then u stand there and take photo” So i stood at one place to snap and to be frank, barely any of the models looked towards me, lol. So i took more of the crowd instead.
The Chronicles of Cambodia 2: The dark side of Phnom Penh
I was expecting to wake up to the sound of my alarm but instead i had the privilege of waking up to the sound of karaoke duet from a nearby marriage ceremony. I just lied there listening for the next ten minutes until it was my turn to wash up. I then briefly packed my bags as we would be rushing to catch the bus for Siem Reap once we are back from the Killing Fields. We then went to the girl’s lair just to find out they haven’t got ready. Wasn’t a big surprise though, lolololol. We all then rushed down to catch the van to the Toul Sleng museum but stumbled upon the wedding that i mentioned earlier. We came down in time for the bridegroom and his ‘rombongan’ to bring gifts for the bride. I think the folks were suprised to see so many photographers as they walked to the bride’s place. LOL. We all then jumped into the van and off we went.

MMU Convocation 2008
So last weekend was MMU’s convocation and i was there to help photograph for William. I reached the Grand Hall close to 12.30pm which was when the graduates will be allowed to leave. The place wasn’t as pack as previous years where part of the buildings surrounding the Grand Hall wasn’t fully completed. I met so many people, those who have graduated years back and those who are still in MMU.
Beauty & the Beast and Istana Budaya
So after committing myself to attend a musical which i had no idea how it would be like since this was my first, the day finally came and boy was i surprise on how a musical could be as entertaining as the movie if not better. It was Beauty and the Beast and i thought what could probably go wrong since i loved the cartoon. Hours before leaving for the show, my hopes were shot down when i was told that this musical isn’t highly acclaimed in other countries but i think in the end it all comes down to personal preference. Anyway that’s besides the point. The show was awesome in short.
The longer the better

Not easy to walk around” – - Photography is definitely an expensive hobby, whether its a piece of plastic to diffuse the flash or a bag to house the camera and accessories, everything is bloody expensive. But nothing beats taking a good photo and Juon Wor here went to the extend of getting a 70-200 f2.8 lens. For those who have got no idea what that means, it’s an expensive lens that is used for zooming -_-” I mean a REALLY expensive lens and it cost more than my camera itself >_<” I followed Juon Wor to get his lens and since he had a couple of hours to spare, we decided to walk along Penang Road to snap a few pictures. I was already having a hard time carrying around my bag and my camera round my neck and God knows how Juon Wor was managing his crazy long lens with his camera. Birthday at Chillis Midvalley
This entry has been long overdue mainly because i took only a handful of pictures and that wasn’t sufficient enough to even start the entry. So i wanna thank HUNG WEI for all the pictures About half a moon ago, i met up with a bunch of people who were all dying to dress up and celebrate Anna‘s and Daphne‘s Birthday. At first the attire was formal but after a few people chickened out, we decided to stick to semi formal. Nevertheless, the ladies did go all out and the guys ? Hahaha i guess we didn’t take it seriously >_<” Before the gathering, i met up with Daniel, Jason, Elvie, Jess, Steven and Angeline in front of GSC to catch Jantan Besi. After the movie, we walked around before buying the cake and heading to Chillis. Everyone was busy snapping photos of each other while i was sitting at one corner …. watching football -_-” I got bored and did some simple editing to the pictures to make it look ridiculous … Murtabak !
